Forest Fire Final Fix

Here is what changed in the final fix version :

• The resolution dropdown menu now works for real (forgot to select the dynamic function :/)
• The characterDustFormRun animation now loops (literaly i just had to press the loop button :p )
• Fixed the Big T's dialouge speed it should be easier to read now :D
